Thanks guys, suppose it does make sense in a way and it is very daunting. Just hoping nothing else goes wrong, I don't like to even brush my hand last pc parts normally! Haha

It worked!!! I found the manual last night and tried again this morning. It was the 4 pin connectors at the back. I had to cut through a few cable ties to get to it which is why I couldn't see it. Both of them were a bit loose. No idea why that would make it run so fast as opposed to not running...

Yes, I can change the one no problem but not the other. It must be a faulty part but it's very annoying as anyone who has turned it on would have heard straight away how noisy it was.

I've tried multiple different software programs to change the speed. About 6, I forget the names of the all. The ones PC Specialist recommends, Icue and also some I found from googling it and people having issues with the motherboard and fans. It doesn't change in the BIOS either, I change it to...

Yes one is around 600 the other at about 2000. To be honest though if that's it running full speed I'd want another cooler as it's far far too loud

Well there is an M2 drive so I presume it's connected to that? Also I've followed the wire for this and it doesn't connect to the cooler at any point so.preusmmably can't be that

Yeah I think it is faulty, I'm annoyed this wasn't picked up in testing though. I've not amended anything in Bios or ICue, I have tried however it doesn't move at all..one fan will, the other stays the same regardless. Nightmare

Yep that's how it was set up in the beginning and is again now. It is the cooler that is making the noise. There are two fans on the cooler and one is running full pelt constantly and I've no idea why. Not sure if there's anything else I can try?

Right, so it's back in the back left in CPU_Fan. Not to muddy the water but should there be nothing in the water pump then as this is a water pump system isn't jt? To be clear there has never been anything in the CHA Fan, just the M.2 Fan that's been there originally

Also sorry should this H115i be plugged into the AIO one? It was in the CPU one, I tried it in the CPU_OPT but that didn't work either?

Thanks, in that case no the CHA Fan is empty and the water pump. M.2 does have a connection in it though. So do i need to plug something into the CHA Fan?

So according to this the cooler was plugged into the back left of number two. I moved it to the front left number 2 as this is the one that actually has CPU_Out written in front of it and an instruction video on YouTube showed it being plugged into this one but still no changed

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Noise of new system

It has to be the cooler as when I turned the computer on and held the one fan on the cooler that I thought was making the noise the noise went away. So the case fans are fine I think. One of the cooler fans is also OK but the other one is running like the clappers! Sorry again to display my...

So I removed one of the fans and moved the connector connector it was connected to the CPU_Out and have tried it that way and still nothing, noisy as ever!
