PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST GPU fan stuck at low RPM under load

Hi there, hope you guys are doing well. I do a lot of 3D rendering with my computer and everything is fine, temps and fan speeds are always in check and I make sure of it (with Afterburner, HWinfo, custom fan curves via Clevo Control Center etc). Today, like any other day, I wanted to render a...

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Accidentally uninstalled Samsung NVMe driver on my C: drive, am I in trouble ?

Hey ! I accidentally removed my Samsung 970 Evo Plus "NVM Express Driver" while cleaning up some programs on CCleaner. This is my C: drive by the way. I've seen that some people online could not boot into Windows when they rebooted their system after uninstalling that driver so.. I'm a bit...

Do you mean blowing with the brush attachment or just cleaning with regular brushes (without air) ?

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Battery wear level 75%, not charging anymore ?

Received the battery, works as intended so I'm pretty happy with that. The custom taxes from Fedex was apparently a mistake so they refunded me of the amount. Thanks for the help and advices here guys !

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST How to clean your laptop

Hey guys, I'm thinking about buying this for a fan rattling issue on my Octane laptop, would it be safe to use for this purpose (mainly removing dust off of fans) or is it way too powerful and could damage them even if I prevent them from spinning ? ITDusters - Compucleaner Original

Sheesh, 25€ of additional import taxes, it hurts.

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Battery wear level 75%, not charging anymore ?

I'm only saying it's pointless because I can buy a replacement battery from PCS directly without having to send back the one I already have. I'd feel better having 2 instead of 1 anyway, just to be safe. That was just an observation on my part though, no hard feelings here 🙏

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Battery wear level 75%, not charging anymore ?

Yeah I thought every part was under the same warranty the laptop comes with but I guess it's logical for these to have a shorter one. PCS said to RMA the battery, send it back and buy a new one, which is quite pointless in my opinion but at least I tried 😂

I appreciate the answer, thank you ! I'm still under warranty until December, do you think I can ask for a replacement battery or should I just order one right away ?

// Apologies, I didn't see I was in the Sales Advice section ! Please move this to Technical Support if you read this, thank you ! \\ Hi there ! I've had my Octave V for almost 3 years now (it will be in December) and today I just noticed that my battery wasn't charging anymore when plugged in...

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Pink artifacts on screen.

The laptop was sent back and received today by PCS. Hopefully this ongoing shortage will not affect their supply of RTX 2080 MXM cards, it's kind of the worst time to RMA anything electronic these days but I didn't have much of a choice since my warranty for parts expires in December. Fingers...

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Pink artifacts on screen.

No unfortunately they show regardless of what kind of undervolt I apply to the GPU, but they appear pretty randomly if that makes sense. Usually in videos and games with dark environments, but some days they appear some days they don't. That's what I'm afraid of. As for my undervolt values, I...

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Pink artifacts on screen.

That does make sense, I was wondering whether or not I should indicate in my RMA details that I did undervolt both components, but I don't think it's really necessary as they will do their testing anyway. My biggest fear is that they won't be able to see those artifacts, they're not always...
