I managed to get through to Technical Support at PCS this morning. After going through a thorough series of diagnostic checks without success, they agreed that it needed to go back to Wakefield to be sorted out. It's being collected tomorrow. Thanks for your interest. Regards, PhilM- PhilMNorton
