sorry if i shouldnt just reply to this, but i have a ryzen 7 3700x on a b450 tomahawk motherboard. it is at stock settings on an 240mm aio. i am idle at around 40-60c. it will just bounce around between those temps. while gaming it will get in the 60s and on occt stress test for 1 hour it maxed...
