I see, well other than gaming I'm not doing anything else intensive as well.
So, I reckon if that Cooler can do the job, I'll go ahead with this one.
Thanks, for having a look over it
Thanks,
I'm not one for installing too many games tbh, so that part should be okay for me.
Oh, is the cooler an issue? - Will I get problems with this, or should that be fine to go ahead with
Hi All,
Can you please review my build that I have made for a new gaming PC
Help very much appreciated
Budget: £1800
Used for gaming: Valorant, CSGO, PUBG
Monitor: Dell 27 Gaming Monitor - G2724D (2560 x 1440) 27 Inch
Wifi: Want wifi and also to be able to plug PC into router with ethernet
Build:
This is still right on budget, 1700-1800
With that upgrade
I will go with the following build, if it looks to be looking good?
Case
CORSAIR 4000D AIRFLOW TEMPERED GLASS GAMING CASE
Processor (CPU)
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D Eight Core CPU (4.2GHz-5.0GHz/104MB w/3D V-CACHE/AM5)
Motherboard
ASUS® TUF...
Just seen earlier comment too about possibly upgrading that graphics card. Do you think that is worth to do that - or is that one sufficient? is there a nicer option for a little more, as I can still push a bit further towards 1800
Thank you for quick reply.
Yes will be going for a 1440p setup, so thanks for the monitor recommendations - i'l look into both
I think I will stick with that CPU, as price diff isnt so much between them. And wasnt aware of that graphics card, but will opt for that if it performs better
Need to purchase a new PC as current once has broke.
Budget: £1700-1800
Use: For casual gaming, and for general use
Monitor: I need to buy a good monitor for the PC, so if possible id like a recommendation for this build. Can spend around £200 separate for this
Made the build below, would...
Okay thanks,
Would you have any recommendations for a decent GPU I could buy in the meantime before I upgrade to a new PC?
Also is this a straightforward thing to do to swap graphics cards, never done this before
Okay, il check, but im pretty sure I dont see them move then.
So would a fix be for me to remove my gpu & buy another 970 or even something better now and install that?
Sorry, don't know what is meant by fan curve, and the cooling setup would just be what is in my spec posted above. Not very clued up on this.
The setup is fairly old - 2016 is when I got this. It's not been cleaned for dust or anything really.
Also, all of the fans on the GPU, I'm just looking...
So I've checked that just now
GPU Idle - 37C
GPU gaming - was at 77C then as 2 mins passed this went up to 94C
Task manager didn't give me the CPU Temp
Was a while ago haha, but found it
Case InWIN 703 MID TOWER GAMING CASE (BLACK/RED)
Processor (CPU) Intel® Core™i5 Quad Core Processor i5-6500 (3.2GHz) 6MB Cache
Motherboard ASUS® H110M-D D3: Micro-ATX, LG1151, USB 3.0, SATA 6GBs
Memory (RAM) 8GB Kingston DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz (1 x 8GB)...
So I have a PC that I ordered from PC Specialist many years ago now, and am now unable to game on the PC due to this issue.
Basically I can browse the PC all day with no issues, but as soon as I start a game, it will maybe last 5 minutes max and then the PC just blacks out. To note also, I can...
Didn’t realise I got a reply, apologies.
I’m just looking for a solid gaming PC that handles new games well. Monitor is 1920x1080 144hz
Could you recommend a build for max budget of £2000? Didn’t realise this wasn’t well balanced
