PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Returns to Refund - timeline?

How did you pay? Normally card refunds take 3-5 working days to appear on your statement again once processed. I would definitely chase it up with PCS if it’s been a while since you sent it back even if it’s to confirm that they’ve processed it their end

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST rtx 3070 sales preference according to upgrade / build ?

It would be tough to give an estimate given a lot of the time PCS don’t know when stock is going to arrive given the shortages, plus other factors such as knowing how many have ordered in front of you, what other components are in your build etc.

The B-quiet case would be quieter for sure, however air flow is more restricted than the 5000X. But given that an AIO will be used for the CPU that will negate some of the needed air flow. That B-quiet case is fine if noise if a big factor for you but expect that it might run hotter

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST 1080p (maybe 1440p) Gaming PC, up to 1500£

You've got a pretty solid build here for gaming. For streaming I would recommend going for a 5800x instead as the extra cores would be useful when streaming the more demanding games.
