the issue is still persisting, could it be a memory/ram issue?

i dont think this is an internet issue. it's the computer and software freezing even when im not online. im using kaspersky and dont have a vpn

the fps drops to single digits, i.e 1-9. i also get lag switching between windows and the cursor seems to get stuck then zoom across the screen

Hey guys, when playing random games, league of legends, valorant, csgo etc. Every so often i seem to drop to single digit frames. this causes what i can only describe as a lag spike/screen tare. then the frames return to normal. is there something i can do to fix this? thank you.
