H150i selected in the below. Not sure if you need Windows Pro, if you're happy with the extra £25 then fair enough but just wanted to point out as it's a particular set of features in it that most won't use.

Spec looks ideal. The only thing I would change is the cooler, I would opt for the 150i, purely for the aesthetic of the case for very little outlay. I wouldn't add any additional fans (as suggested you'll get an exhaust fan regardless) and 11 USBs is correct. Keep note that 3 of them are USB-C...
Still the same advice. All the ones I mentioned are really good cases. I've got a soft spot for the 5000X as it's stunning. They're all perfectly functional, good for airflow performance.
You just need to pick one you like the look of that you're happy with the price of :)
Yes, but I wouldn't be overly concerned. As I said a hub will take care of any USB needs. None of the cases mentioned will require any extra fans other than already attached, but if you see something else you like then post up and we can have a look.
In the configurator if you click on the...
I have no idea why you have been specced that build in honesty. It's not in line with what you have said here. However, we don't know how the conversation went with PCS at the time of inception so anything would be complete guesswork and now hearsay.
You should always ask enthusiasts for help...
Just to add. You're spending a lot of money, make sure you get what you want from the build. I wouldn't personally opt for internal, but that's due to me having no use nowadays. We tend to steer people away from Internal drives as they are very out-dated nowadays and the options are limited. If...
If you want RGB & pretty I would go for the Corsair 5000X, it's stunning.
If you weren't too fussed on the RGB and wanted a more classy look then the Fractal North cases are nice.
For function over form, but still not looking ugly, the 5000D is the one I would look at.

6700XT won't be all that great for VR, just a heads up. The 6000 GPUs give a bit more than the 7000 counterparts but Nvidia are still significantly ahead in VR.
I agree with everything above. If you really must spend the money now then the 5800X3D should get you some decent frames, otherwise I...
In your shoes I would try playing with the timing. Well, actually I would have just sent the RAM back as it's not really stable/compatible. To get it working I would play with the timing.
30-36-36-76 is the current timing.
Try 32-38-38-96 to see if that's stable. If it is, job done. If it's...
Guarantee/Warranty is a personal thing. I tend not to opt for additional warranties as most of the parts that would go wrong have an extended warranty anyway (PSU is 10 years for example). With PCs most parts would fail within 6 months if they were indeed faulty. This is my opinion and my...
If you click the configuration link and then proceed, a popup will come up asking you if you want them in the front or the top. Just hit the drop down and select front :)
I'm fairly certain you can have the second GPU connected to the monitor (ie the 4070) and still use Octane for the rendering. You just select which GPU you want to utilise.
Never trust a calculator with your expensive tech. They're just plain wrong. 3090 can pull 600w in a spike. Calculators only take into account manufacturers TDP rating which doesn't include boost, transient spikes, etc.
Not sure what you mean about the KVM switch etc? What is your use...
