Well they said it would be dispatched on Wednesday (a week after it went into testing). Well its still in testing with no update. Really lost faith in these guys. 8 working days of testing? Either something is wrong with the system or am I being fed porkies?

I have been told they have less staff working on systems where windows is not required. However I was also told that it should be tested tomorrow. I personally believe emails and the wording on the website is deliberately vague. I wish the flowchart was more realistic that's all. Will say though...

Thanks, I think that's up to your imagination really. But if its rude in your head I apologise! I'm very disappointed in the service i'm now receiving from these guys. The flowchart clearly states 1-2 working days. Anyone ordering should be made a wear of the issues they have with order numbers...

So Its nearly a week since I have been 'in testing' I get a email this week saying they have too much demand so testing is taking longer than normal. This seems a bit strange. Are they understaffed?

So its in testing since yesterday.. I'm watching the clock as they say if its in dispatch before 3pm they send it the next day!

Thanks for the super cake... I need a celebratory one now! 101 days and it went into building/testing! Who knows it might be with me on Monday!
