so I ordered a laptop from pc specialist and I was in such a rush that I forgot to get a blue-ray drive.. so any way I ordered one and it arrived but I cant get the back of the laptop off to replace the drive, is there a tutorial some where of how to do it?

so I bought an Enigma 3 and when I try play blueray dvds it refused to recognise the dvds and then spits it out.. why is that? what am I doing wrong?
it has a blueray drive (1st DVD/BLU-RAY Drive 8x SATA DVD/ R/RW/Dual Layer (24x CD-RW)
