Will these specs be able to play most games on ultra/high?

P.S will the radeon 7850 make that much of a difference, if so, by how much fps? Even if the 7850 cant run games on high/ultra can you tell me what games it cant run?

It looks like a solid build to me I would say possibly.. as I have never used an ATI GPU only Nvidia but I would say you could probably run them on at least high with decent FPS Im sure one of the other guys will correct me :p

It will run most games on ultra but only in 30fps (like on consoles) - not in the "sweet spot" of 60fps , for 60 fps you will need a stronger gpu

It depends on the game, the hd 7770 will struggle with BF 3 in ultra (less than 30 fps) but the hd 7850 should be fine. For difference in fps you could check benchmarks online. If you cannot increase your budget you could consider an AMD CPU (fx-4170) and upgrade the GPU.
