If you don't plan on overclocking, neither the 'k' version of the 2600 or the Hyper-X Ram will provide any benefit to you, you'd be much better off just getting the normal 2600 and Samsung Ram. Then, with that money you could get a Corsair PSU (more reliable&future proof) Other than that looks fine.
