A few things to consider....

RAM - Go for the faster RAM, very little price difference and there will be a performance hike.
SSD - The 1TB Intel 660 offering is MUCH faster for similar money, another no brainer.
PSU - I would recommend going for a better PSU. TXm series at a minimum. Power I wouldn't go below 650w considering future potential and with the price difference between 650w and 750w the 750w is the one I would choose.
Paste - Ditch the £9 paste. The paste on the corsair units is more than adequate.
Case Fans - I don't think these are necessary. You will have 2 with the 100x cooler plus the 3 fans with the case anyway.
Wifi - If you really need a Wifi card you want to choose a better one. If not, ditch it and pocket the cash.

GPU - The 2070 is a great choice if you have an eye on getting past 1080p gaming. Otherwise, go for the 2060 and pocket the savings.

https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/saved-configurations/amd-am4-pc/nc0tR2zCH7/ - Made the changes. Really appreciate the input. Anything else I missed? Also, I'd be using extension for the power, would 750w psu increase the load or cause problems? Thank you once again.

PSU maximum power doesn't make any difference to the load usage from the PSU, in fact..... it can actually reduce it due to being more efficient.
