Afternoon All.
Really quick post, I bought a PC from yourselves around 15months ago, had no trouble what so ever up until last week, when I turned the PC on I could hear the fan on really slow RPM then speed up to normal then drop down again and eventually try and load up only to crash, figured first PSU issue, so tried a new PSU issue still there so assumed motherboard, so changed out the PSU and motherboard and all was fine for 2 days then same issue again, checked with some friends in the PC industry and the new PSU had gone, got it replaced and it happened again...my friend tried with his old CPU in and worked fine put mine back in and issue happened again blowing another PSU...so seems like a CPU issue now I'm wondering do I have any comeback on this, I paid £700 and i wasn't expecting to have to pay £250 in repairs only a year down the line...I have never opened the PC before or anything invasive with the hardware, can I get some input please mainly on the warrenty and secondly on what would cause a CPU to actually cause this much damage (as technical as you can make it please)
Thank You (Rant over!)
