Afternoon All.

Really quick post, I bought a PC from yourselves around 15months ago, had no trouble what so ever up until last week, when I turned the PC on I could hear the fan on really slow RPM then speed up to normal then drop down again and eventually try and load up only to crash, figured first PSU issue, so tried a new PSU issue still there so assumed motherboard, so changed out the PSU and motherboard and all was fine for 2 days then same issue again, checked with some friends in the PC industry and the new PSU had gone, got it replaced and it happened again...my friend tried with his old CPU in and worked fine put mine back in and issue happened again blowing another PSU...so seems like a CPU issue now I'm wondering do I have any comeback on this, I paid £700 and i wasn't expecting to have to pay £250 in repairs only a year down the line...I have never opened the PC before or anything invasive with the hardware, can I get some input please mainly on the warrenty and secondly on what would cause a CPU to actually cause this much damage (as technical as you can make it please) :p

Thank You (Rant over!) :)

As what Zeplini said you do need to contact us.

As a general comment and not intended to provoke you any further as we do sympathise, i cannot stress enough that with any machine built by us in or out of warranty it is vital that we are the first port of call with any issue that the machine has.

There are usually a wide range of ways we can help in any given situation even if it is as little as getting replacement parts at a good rate. Our help desk is open to anyone who has one of our machines for the lifetime of the machine.

EDIT

This page:

http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/call-waiting/

will take you to a live feed of our calls waiting for a better idea of how busy the help desk is and should allow for you to get through without waiting too long
