PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Front USB port not working

Hi One of my USB ports in the front of my PC is not working (the other one is fine). Whenever I plug any device into it, I get a message saying that the device has malfunctioned. I have tried many different types of devices and they all fail. My Device Manager and Event Viewer has some errors...

Curry always allows you to add it to your basket but there's no stock and you can't checkout.

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST RTX 3080

Don't you think the 3090 is poor value for money especially if it's for gaming? I paid about £180 extra on eBay for my Asus 3080 TUF which seemed like a better option to me (even though I did not enjoy feeding the scalpers).

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Samsung 980 Pro - Heat spreader or not?

I got my 980 Pro (1Tb) from Amazon and it did not come with a heat spreader. However, my motherboard, a ASUS ROG STRIX X570-F GAMING did have a spreader 'built in' to the enclosure the M.2 devices are installed in.

Very wise move. Mine was delivered within 2 weeks once I removed my GPU

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST RTX 3080

Super easy to install. For my build, they left the power connectors for the GPU in exactly the right place.

SPYDERTRACKS, I love your valuable input on this forum but you're a moderator and not a regular punter like we all are. Some empathy with people who have given up their hard earned money and expect some acceptable degree of service in return would not go amiss.

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST RTX 3080

I think regular 3090s are much more readily available than 3080s. Unless it's for something like specialist video editing, I would find it difficult to justify the extra cost. For gaming only, the extra cost did not seem like good value for me.

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST RTX 3080

Good news. After 59 working days, my 5900x PC went into build status this morning. This was only after I removed my 3080 (on 11th Dec) from the build. I managed to source a ASUS TUF 3080 OC externally.

Good news. After 59 working days, my 5900x PC went into build status this morning. This was only after I removed my 3080 from the build. Clearly I won't be getting it before xmas but do we know if they will still be building/testing between xmas and New Year?

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST RESOLVED - Feedback on recent purchase

Totally agree, he was not being selfish at all. He's just making a very sensible point about capacity planning. Makes great business sense. PCS has a great reputation which has taken years to build but is in danger of taking months to destroy.

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST RESOLVED - Feedback on recent purchase

Of course, there will be more call volumes as orders get delayed but companies have had enough time to adjust as we're now almost a year into this situation. More home working means that companies like PCS will do better and therefore scaling is required. Please don't make excuses for someone...

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST RESOLVED - Feedback on recent purchase

3:40 hours of waiting is utterly unacceptable. I know it's a busy time but they really need to sort this out. If they are busier, they are making more revenue and so should invest. Also, COVID is no longer an excuse. Live chat is rarely available now as well.

I also got a email from support informing me that I'm about to go into build with a replacement for an out of stock item - M2 drive (Samsung 980 1Tb). I have a 5900x and no GFX card.
