I have the HD 7870 where do I get my drivers from I tried the AMD website but all of them were terrible games were lagging and said they stopped working.

I recently got the VORTEX IV but I had to reinstall windows 8 because I had a problem where on earth do I go to get the latest drivers? Do I go to each manufactures websites? Or do I go to the clevo website? Also can someone tell me the model number for the Vortex IV?
