Yes, I'm aware it should have activated automatically. The key was a digital one as per usual these days but for some reason it wasn't activating automatically. Like I said though, PC Specialist sorted that for me and very quickly.
It would have been bought directly. It's my sister in law's licence as the laptop was bought for my niece. She will still be using it too but I would have thought with it being Home AND student that you could have it on multiple devices, though I'm not sure about this.

Very quick delivery time. Windows couldn't be activated automatically so I had a long wait on the phone to speak to a specialist (expected in the current circumstances), but once answered he was very helpful, informative and resolved it in minutes. Laptop is great, perfect for purpose.
