Haven't notices any crashes due to power, had it both plugged in and on battery while I played DIRT and there were no issues at all. Also has the benefit of charging pretty quick when you're all out of juice :)

WiFi performance is excellent, so is the ethernet. I haven't used it in direct sunlight yet but I rate the screen, the brightness is pretty average when cranked. Don't find myself any more than half brightness in doors.

Going to be brutally honest with you, I really haven't had time to start gaming with it, but the fan curve is fairly aggressive so I'd say it would be fairly loud, but it can be tuned. I've managed to play a light sim game so far without much fan noise but it's hardly a benchmark.
