I have a similar problem with ROG x570 and a Define 7, I can only control one PWM fan and all the other 4 (5 if I include the PSU) show 0 rpm. I opened a ticket, hopefully it is just rewiring.

I have tried the auto tuning multiple times, still no success. Even in the bios is not showing the rpm. I also do not see the PSU fan, that manages itself, but I should still be able to read its speed, right?
