thanks for your reply and i fully undestand the warranty statement But as you should know that PCSpecialist's BOARD are OEM (aka prebuilt system), not the generic one, PCSpecialist should provide the files and guiadance if custormers need a BIOS update.

Windows version is not part of the issue here. Regardless whatever Windows version you are on, they prevent bios updates by flashing it.

That's pointing me out to my first clue, they capped the option to flash our BIOS.
