I dont get any pop ups that it is connected just shows as a default device.

I did not get a PC cable for it with my order I'm using the splitter that came with my headphones. I have it plugged in to the front ports. I am having trouble with both tbh sometimes I get sound but no mic then I get mic but cant hear anyone. Was talking through the Xbox companion app.

I have a HyperX cloud alpha headset it is compatible with pc though it has to be used with a splitter.

It is a pre built pc specialist machine.
