The motherboard is an ASUS TUF X570-PLUS and the RAM is Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 3000MHz. No problem with either. -

I've just installed Arch Linux on my Ryzen 3900XT based machine and haven't experienced any issues. I imagine you'll be fine as long as you're on a relatively modern kernel.
