Does anyone happen to know what this piece of wiring is for? Its detached off the motherboard and I'm sure of where and what it is supposed to be.

I don't think it appears as a device on the armoury crate

The button on the front on the case changes the colour of the RGB light on the power button but the lights on the fans aren't on.
