damn it. spoke to them this morning and an email was sent out stating the rgb ram was to big so was holding up the build but they have a card to cover order just change to normal ram and good to go. email went to spam for some reason.

i spoke to someone yesterday midday and was told nothing new and that none were due in but when i came home last night checked again and scottmask had gone into building. thought that was strange so managed to get on chat before closing and was told they had had 3 in unexpected but did not cover...

3 cards in apparently yesterday so not a big movement. but it is some movement. 109 days

you have to try at different at times as operators are not always online. bit of pot luck if you get someone but they have always helped with any issues i have had

if you have an old style kettle lead it should work around until you can get a replacement sent out

yes it can be done. i managed to do it via live chat and they added the payment bit to the my orders section. there was a payment tab to click and was straight forward enough
