@Xtie Just after having my PC collected for my RMA 2 days ago, I’m also from the ROI and just wondering if you had tracking for your RMA? I search my tracking number on Fed-ex and unlike the one given when the pc was dispatched by PCS it hasn’t updated. Just wondering how the tracking situation...

Should I File an RMA now or wait until Monday and try to get someone from PCS on the phone? And if you recommend calling them do you know how the wait times tend to be?

I have already removed the GPU and reseated.
