I had the same thing too :ROFLMAO: could not find the "issue" lol. But before I found out it was unplugged I already had reinstalled the chipset drivers, nvidia drivers and pulled out a few hairs :geek:

I think the easiest way is to sent them a message. I contacted tech support from my account. The next day I got a reply and the bios and instructions were sent by e-mail :)

Is there a new bios available for the IONICO 17? Or should it be in the account download section if it is available?

I found out that only this folder and it's content needs to be replaced: C:\Program Files\OEM\Control Center\UniwillService\MyControlCenter\UserFanTables Just delete the content of that folder and copy the new files, reboot and the fans and settings will operate normally. Will send you a DM...

Thank you so much for your detailed post, I have chosen the IONICO 17 with 5900HX and RTX 3070 with ARCTIX EXTREME because of this. I have chosen the least memory PCS had and bought HyperX 3200mhz memory myself and it runs great. It is a wonderful machine. Thanks again!
