    They replied from the Italian site, they sent me an update for the BIOS. I saw on this thread a step by step procedure on how to update the BIOS but I asked tech support to provide an official one, just to be on the safe side. They told me this should solve the issue, fingers crossed!

    Yes, calling the Italian number, they told me to send the email to the address you mentioned. But... as GROSSI mentioned, it's slower than calling them (I sent an email yesterday and no reply yet).

    Totally agree, experiencing the same issue and contacted them right now. From my perspective, this should not happen as the laptops "should" be tested, including the fans I'd say. Especially for mid/high-end laptops, I would have expected a better testing phase. Waiting for their reply.
