    PCSPECIALIST AW3821DW vs. other options

On the contrary a lot of those issues weren’t “built out” at all. And I actually had 2 G9 monitors this year (both updated) both with issues so not sure where you assumed I had them before January. I’m glad you enjoy your G9 though as it looks (and when working) is a fantastic monitor. I just...

    PCSPECIALIST AW3821DW vs. other options

And that may be the case. Like I said previously I can only give my personal opinion through the experience I have had. People are allowed a difference of opinions by the way not trying to step on anyone toes…

    PCSPECIALIST AW3821DW vs. other options

Ha, Iv had 2 G9s and had to send them both back after a few weeks. The cracking is highly irritating and the colours aren’t quite as fresh as those in the AW. Sure every company has its issues can only give my opinion and for someone that’s had both I believe it to be valid. I was going to get...

    PCSPECIALIST AW3821DW vs. other options

Alienware probably the best UW monitor you are going to get in my opinion and for that price I’d say it’s a no brainer.

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Spec Help - Gaming - Rust/WZ/GTA RP

Plenty of reviews out there for mouse, keyboards and headsets and so many different options available nowadays. I currently use razer blackwidow V3 pro keyboard which I personally really like, razer viper ultimate (had the Logitech g502 light speed before and actually prefer the Logitech) and...

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Help! New to PC AMD or Intel build

Can I ask where you are getting this from? The MB runs on dual channel not quad so any performance increase is highly negligible. Also why 3200 over 3600? AMD recommend 3600 and many tests have 3600 as the better RAM to have (although conflicting data can be seen with who runs the test). Cheers...

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Cockpit Config

Nobby, I would really re-consider that choice with regards to the CPU cooler. Like Scott has already said you will be hampering the CPU if you don’t have sufficient cooling. The 5900X although a very thermal efficient processor still needs a good cooling solution. The H115i is expensive but I...

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Cockpit Config

You will need the Corsair H115i ELITE CAPELLIX to cool the 5900x. Other than that it’s a very solid build. You can turn RGBs off it’s more about the airflow of the case that matters, RGB isn’t to everyone’s taste.

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST New Build

Yep agree with what you said to some extent. But would always recommend people to do their own research, regardless of their understanding of the subject. Watching YouTube videos or reading articles can always be beneficial and give you either a second opinion or a honest review on a product...

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST New Build

I have always been intel but after some serious research I’m making the jump to AMD. If you are building a gaming rig I would seriously consider going with AMD the difference nowadays is staggering between the 2. Intel is no longer the champ and AMD, seem, at the moment untouchable.

H115i would be fine for the 5900X by the way. But up to you if you wanted to wait for the 150.

PCSPECIALIST Best monitor for gaming, productivity and 3d design?

Yep 100% right. Error on my part! Although a lot of people that have used both said the difference isn’t worth the price hike. Personally, if I was getting a G9 I’d probably save the extra cash and go with the original G9.

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST 3080 build

I have changed storage options about 5 times, if it showed all my storage changes you would laugh! Iv already asked PCS to install OS on the 500GB drive and they have put a note against it. Long story short is I need the 530 due to the data recovery that comes with it (no competitor offers the...

PCSPECIALIST Best monitor for gaming, productivity and 3d design?

The G9-Neo is rated to HDR whereas the older G9 is not. The new G9-Neo has mini-LED which gives it the improvement on the older G9 and therefore a better picture. Not quite OLED quality but not far off. Downside is it’s about £700-800 more expensive than the G9. Comparison between the 2 can be...

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST 3080 build

Hello all. So, after 4 months of research and creating multiple builds with complete different specs I finally pulled the pin a few weeks back and put the order in. Probably like almost everyone that has an order on pre-production I have amended the build a few times as either change of mind on...
