I would turn off all devices in the house, including your mobile phone, etc. remove the driver as above and see if you get any better speeds.
Then start each device and monitor the speed of the PC. It could be a faulty wifi card?
I think its an ACER Nitro KG272 27" IPS Full HD 165Hz 0.5ms Gaming Monitor which can do 1920x... she is convinced she needs the Nvidia Card, bank of Dad isn't ;0
Which band is the Wifi card set to ? Try lowing the card down to 2.4 first and see if this helps. I have seen a brand new laptop struggle with certain BT hubs and going from 5 to 2.4 improved the speed.

So specs for the PSU are 550w Txm series (should be ok for the Nvidia)
Have to find out about her desktop settings as I am supporting her via Team Viewer. It could be the case that the card cant handle the ray tracing etc.
In my days of Quake and Doom I would just lower the textures and screen...

After taking a picture I see the problem, the small monitor needs to be plugged into the first DP port and not the 3rd one :) Made the Large monitor the primary one and now works... blimey that was hard and all done via whatsapp:)
Now if only I could fix the cuda problems at work...
From what I can gather the primary monitor has been plugged in via HDMI and not DP, I get her to swap this around. At work, we use GPU cards with python and conda, I have no idea about gaming cards :)
I get her to turn off the machine and swap cables, I let you know if this solves the problem...
My daughter has purchased a second monitor to go with her AMD RX 5600 XT card but it's not being detected?
I got her to download the latest drivers and reboot the computer.
1st Monitor 27" monitor plugged in via HDMI port
2nd Monitor 22" plugged in via DP
Not got her to swap them around...
