I've had this desktop for two years, and I've finally snapped. Every since I got it, there has been this reasonably loud (louder than all of the fans) grinding noise. I used to think it was the processor, because whenever I did any high activity things (virus scans, defrags, rendering, etc etc)...
I am looking for a piece of software which will enable me to limit the decibels coming out of my speakers. That's all I need it to do.
