Okay, thanks a lot for your help. Just before I start downloading stuff that I'm not 100% sure is the right thing, could you confirm I'm looking in the right place?

Hello all, as the title suggests, my PC has decided to stop connecting to the internet via Ethernet. For reference, my specs are as follows:
I have had my PC since November 2020 and have had zero issues with it.
Things worth knowing:
- I can still connect to my network wirelessly on my PC...
I didn't wait at all, it was part of the finance process. It was accepted and then the next page after clicking 'continue' (or the like) was to sign the form.
I imagine there's been an issue because yours was referred.
Looks like this thread has been merged with another one you created.
AgentCooper has recommended the 1660 Super above and I see no reason to doubt that advice?
I see there's been an increase in forum posts from PCS staff over the last week or so and just wanted to express how much I think its helped the forum as a whole.
We've obviously had plenty of frustration filtering through over the past few months, so to see these posts has been great.
Doesn't...
You'll have to ask PSC directly I'm afraid, as none of us on the forum work for them. Phone or live chat is your best bet.
To help, but also not help, testing length will depend on what you have in your machine and if anything goes wrong.
Ah okay, must be motherboard dependent. I was told via live chat that they weren't included, so figured that was a PCS-wide kind of thing.
Don't the antennae just strengthen the signal, rather than being needed to establish a connection? Presumably there is an internal 'antenna' in the motherboard?
