Is it possible to reimburse a 2nd ssd? My primary one with my windows on is trimmed but after installing another i cant seem to figure out how to activate it

my predicament is I have just acquired 2 SSD's, one of them I have and the other il get tomorrow.
one is a Kingston SSDNOW V300 60GB.
the other is a Kingston SSDNOW V200 256GB.
now I have been building and using my own games machines...
