    So my Sound Blaster is different to yours I had the dedicated sound card and an installation disc in my pcspecialist welcome pack but have a look in C:\Program Files (x86)\Creative as this is where all my options and exe files are perhaps yours might be there also.

    In the Creative Folder you should see Sound Blaster Speaker Set Up Something like this. There you can go through and listen and set to the levels you need.

    I have always had a dedicated soundcard for some of the wedding video's I do and that is why I also had the DVD drive for creating the dvd's. Also a great love of music so pop in a disc and crank it up while out working in the garden:) Was the rest of the spec ok?
