I turned my pc on this morning and it said "Overclock Fail" and it started my pc with default values for CPU i havent touched settings for my CPU and was curious how can i get my i5 760 OC back to 3.8GHZ rather than its default now?

What would you reccomend the overclock settings for a 5870 provided little to no real voltage increase needed.
