I tried to update my bios by fallowing this thread:

and it was successful
but now when i start my pc it goes through the boot up window, and then this pops up.
Now every time I start PC I have to hold ESC to enter boot menu and select my HD to boot...
So i update my GPU from a 680 to the gateway GTX970 G1. when I power up i got a bunch of post codes here are the codes and what they mean from EVGA MB manual. this is where I am stuck I do not know how to proceed or what to do. also the power cable I have 2 8 pin pci and the new gtx 970 has 1 8...
