I want to remove the test version of Windows 10 that PCS installed. When I reboot to the USB with the version of Windows 10 on it comes up and says that I need a driver as it cannot see the SSD I want to install it to. How do I get the setup to see the SSD so I can wipe it and reinstall Windows 10?

Whats the best method to clean these cases? Fingerprints show up all over the place because of the soft feel to the surface and they are hard to remove. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi, Just bought the Optimus VII Pro with 2 WD700 Black 750gb hard drives in. Every now and again I can hear then click. It sounds like the click you get when a drive starts failing or has failed. This isn't normal is it?

What key is it to access the BIOS on the Optimus VII Pro? I have tried the usual keys like F2 and escape etc. I'm holing down the keys too but it wont allow me to bring the BIOS up.
