I'm eyeing the ionico (5900hx, rtx 3070) etc. Can anyone confirm the HDMI is 2.1 and DP is 1.4? And also, that connecting either through HDMI or DP to an external monitor is a direct connection to the dGPU? Cheers!

What's the battery life like? I'm torn between this one and Legion 7/7i 2021. The plus side I see with this is no iCue software, 17" but still lighter than the Legion. But then again, how is battery life (with optimus on) and fan noise? Is it too aggressive? How is the screen as well? Thanks!

Do PCS staff lurk around the forums? Would be great to get clarification. Been eyeing this laptop as it looks ideal for my use case but would rather have DP1.4 (driving a 34" 3440x1440p @ 144hz) plus 4K120 in the future. (HDMI isn't as importante to me)
