PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST [Updated: I am] Any owners of the 15.6" VYPER II?
It seems one of the left fan cables got stuck into a screw head and either shorted or heated up, so I believe the smoke came from the cable. As in it may have been a specific defect in the build of my laptop, and you will be fine?- Processor

Hi my new Vyper II laptop arrived yesterday. It is an I7 with an RTX 2060. Unfortunately I have had an issue with it as on starting it after 5 minutes it started smoking from around the D key on the keyboard and smelling very hot! Not the perfect start really.
