Today will be the 4th day for me, just reading the past few previous comments makes me slightly saddened that I may have to wait longer than expected :( But meh if it's only a couple of extra days to get my dream machine I suppose it isn't too bad :D

Hey, sorry if this question has been asked. Let's say everything has been checked & confirmed. The product is on delivery but no one is available at the delivery address, what happens?

Thanks

Steve

DPD will put one of those bits of card through the door telling you when they will try delivery again or how to specify when they can deliver - they will hold on to it for a bit.

That's great thanks bud :)
Can't wait to place my order, been 10 years in the making. I'm well excited!

Let's hope someone can help on my build though :)

Hey just another question, do PC Specialist build the computer or do we have an option for them to send parts only?

Thanks

They build it for you, though you can buy separate components once you are already a customer to do upgrades (stuff like motherboards are not counted as upgrades) to your already bought and delivered machine.

Hey Rakk thanks for your response, ouch I was hoping to purchase the parts separate and build myself :(

You could take it all to bits and put it back together if you like (although that seems like a waste of time really... unless you're improving the cable management!)

Hey steaky360, lols I thought there was an option for sending the parts separately. No point taking it apart and put it back together

Think an estimated time of completion may be handy. My issue isn't how long it's been in 'Pre-Production', its just the arbitrary term.

My PC is currently "In Testing" have jumped from pre-production to being built in one day! Great stuff! But I'm curious if anyone knows will it be tested over the weekend or do the guys at PCS only build/test etc during weekdays? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm posting to the correct thread but I built and ordered my PC. I paid with my Visa credit card, the payment went through fine. I checked my bank account and the money was taken out of my account. Everything good and above board. Then two days later I notice a rather large amount of money in my account. I wasn't expecting any client invoices but I noticed the amount in my account is the amount the PC cost me. My status is still "processing". Could you please tell me what's happening? Have PC Specialist still to take the payment or has it been cancelled and returned?

Thanks

The forum is not monitored by PCS, we're all community members and customers, for a response, you'd need to contact PCS direcly. I'd recommend calling, they're open today.
