Depends on the usage and budget, without that we are kind of guessing.

Obviously has plenty of storage, a decent processor and plenty of RAM. The GPU might be a little underpowered, do you plan to add a better one later, you have plenty of room with that PSU to do so. Consider a 3770, newer processor and faster than the 3820 and probably cheaper overall though i have not checked.

Best thing to do is post back with a budget and your intended uses.

Photo Work (and to a lesser extent video)
Casual Gaming
MS Office/web based work

I already have 2 screens running at 1920 x 1080 so will probably keep these for now.

Well if you intend to do any gaming at all you need to get a better GPU for starters. Here is what i would go for with your budget and uses.

16GB SAMSUNG DUAL-DDR3 1333MHz (4 X 4GB) No rwal point in the 1600MHz RAM, in the real world 1333MHz is hadly any slower at all and you would never notice.

2GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 670 - 2 DVI, HDMI, DP - 3D Vision Ready Very strong GPU, possibly too strong if your only into casual gaming as this will max out every game available at the moment. Consider a 560ti or a 7850 if your really not wanting max settings and are happy to set them to mid level settings

A much more ballanced spec, will last you for many years whatever you choose to do with it. You could downgrade the GPU if you would rather have a bigger SSD but thats your call.

Hey, I would go with this one, and if you really really think you would use more than a TERABYTE of data, then I suggest selecting the 2TB caviar black instead of the 1TB caviar black..
BTW, if in the distant future, your pc gets difficult to play the latest games, you can add another GPU because the motherboard is SLI compatible. If you don't think you would do this, because there is a high chance of new technology at such a technologic advancement rate we currently have, then I would change the motherboard to the second option in the list. If you think you won't add another GPU, I would also downgrade the PS to 650W. Also, I highly reccomend you change the build time to '5 working days' if you're inpatient, because I heard it can take a month in some cases, excluding delivery time.
Also, since you're cutting so much money, it would be nice to donate only £4 to charity (in the last option)..
