I got my laptop about two days ago, as I got it when my sister came to where I live because PC Specialist doesn't ship here.
So far it's been great, with a few minor issues. Like, really minor.

Ordering and Shipping

The ordering process was pretty straightforward, and the shipping was prompt. The flowchart given is so useful, like someone make a petition for other companies to make them too. Shipping was quick, but I needed to change the address, and that was a bit troublesome, but understandable why, as it had already dispatched. (I use too many commas, I know, I noticed.)

First Impressions

The first thing I thought was 'Oh my God, it does not look plastic'. So yeah, although its made almost all of plastic, it feels very well-build with minimal keyboard and display flex. The hinges don't creek or anything.

Review
1. Display

Coming from a laptop with a 1020 x 768 resolution, the 1080p was really something quite different. Everything looks so much smaller, and because I have eye problems I thought of changing the resolution but I opted not to, and instead change the zoom on my frequently used websites. As I said before, there really isn't any monitor flex. Viewing angles are great and colours are great.

2. Keyboard and Trackpad

The keyboard works great, and the backlight actually works really well. As I said before, there isn't any flex. The keys are really easy to press and typing on this laptop is great, and feels like typing on a extremely premium (if that makes sense) laptop, and the chicklet keys are great if you're planning to type a lot. The trackpad actually works a lot better when you install the drivers, so if you're installing your own OS, make sure you install the drivers. You can use gestures on the trackpad, using one to three fingers. The buttons below the trackpad are seperated, which I personally prefer to those joined ones. They are quite quiet (hee hee). There also is no texture or changed colouring to it, which is nice to some users.

3. Software

This runs pretty much anything I throw at it, which is great. I don't really have much to say for software, except INSTALL ALL YOUR DRIVERS. They are provided on a CD, and the Clevo Control Centre provided quite fixes the whole "fan going off randomly" issue.

4. Other General

My concerns are those of which you have never heard of before. Well, just this one is. I have a problem the volume less icon on the F5 key. Like whose idea was that, I want names. Apart from that, its your general. I had issues with the WiFi, but its probably because I have an incompatible router, so make sure you know what you're buying before you do it.
Support was really quick, using the website support was quicker than e-mail, and of course live support chat is always great (I really hate phone calls). It would be great if we could use the 2nd mSATA port on here right from PCS, and I contacted them about this, and they said it caused problems so I guess they had their reasons. Changing address could be easier (maybe), but that's probably not handled by PCS. Also, the speakers aren't that bad. I mean, I have come from a fairly old laptop, which was high-end at its time, which has just a bit better speakers, but again, installing all the drivers really helps. Sometimes, the power button doesn't work the first time I press it and I panic because I think I broke something, but pressing it a bit harder just fixes that so yeah, that was a bit of a concern. The webcam quality is great and overall, everything works well so far (touchwood). The design is actually really nice. Sorry about the bad images.
I couldn't wait for the newer 860M and now I have the 765M, so hopefully one day, they'll let me upgrade that (if I can afford it, of course).
