I would drop the fan controller, fast track and coolermaster liquid cooler and get a better gpu

I have changed the Processor to the K variant so I guess the water cooling will be good for overclocking?

I have increased my budget to £1,100 by need hah

Overclocking is not needed for gaming and I would suggest getting a better hard drive, same with the fan controller. If you are concerned with temps get a better case.
