Quick Score 8/10

Spec ordered:
i7-4710MQ 2.5Ghz Quad (3.5Ghz turbo)
Nvidia GTX 860M 2GB
8GB 1600Mhz DDR3 Kingston
480GB INTEL® 530 SERIES SSD
GIGABIT LAN & KILLER™ 1202 WIRELESS
ARCTIC MX-4 EXTREME THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY COMPOUND
Windows 7

Purchase Price: £1,137.50 (ordered 2) on 6th May 2014

Reason for purchase:
Needed a portable business laptop that packed a punch & wasn't too clunky. Medium gaming capabilities, and had all the functionality of my desktop.

Pro's:
+ happy with performance
+ e.g. war thunder ~55fps High (native res / high)
+ e.g. SWTOR 50-55fps solid (native res / max)
+ very good cooling performance coupled with modern mobile tech results in good temps
+ chassis is solid (not flimsy like some say)
+ screen is IPS 1920 x 1080 as standard. best screen possible in my opinion so 10/10 for that
+ all the inputs / outputs you could want
+ decent battery life 2-4 hours ...ish
+ good weight, not too heavy to carry around
+ nice keyboard, chiclet + backlit
+ professional finish on case 10/10 for that too
+ value for money - I've never seen better value for money anywhere else

Cons:
- You need to install the correct audio drivers & sound blaster cinema (search forums), its easy to fix bad Quality sound it arrives with
- Port quality, some USB ports can lose power when cable nudged
- USB & power cable positioning is annoying (right where you would use a mouse)
- poor quality mouse pad (insensitive)
- if ordering killer wireless, install Adobe Flash through Internet Explorer to turn off the annoying prompy every time you start it up

Closing remarks:
A superb piece of kit, ALOT of power for a 13".
Great value for money considering competitors charge more for inferior tech, some even without a GPU!
Glad I ordered, I have no reservations.
If you decide to get one, just be prepared to fiddle with it for a few hours to get it 100% right (welcome to custom PC building)

Dodgy USB ports are unacceptable on any laptop, never mind one costing £1,000+, I agree with Grimsbymatt.

Don't send it back straight away. Give them a call as they may be able to sort it out. Also, have you checked with multiple usb devices and ports?
