Unable to re-install OS

Hi all,

Having some massive issues trying to install Win 7 Ultimate on my new tower. It was shipping with Home Premium for 30 days, it says format the SSD that it is on and reinstall. I only have the boot on USB as I can't find my disk, it won't let me install it as it says it's missing drivers.

Can anyone give me a hand on this one?

Would you mind posting up your specs, Did PCS provide you with a USB key with the OS installed or did you create it using the Windows 8.1 Boot menu ISO creator?
