Corsair H55

Just wondering if you can add a second 120mm fan to the other side of the radiator? I'm pretty new to this sort of stuff so any advise or help would be appreciated.

Yes you can, depending on exactly where the rad is mounted and what mobo you have (and other fans etc.) would determine exactly how you'd go about doing it though.

I'd also point out that you're unlikely to see massive performance gains going push/pull on the H55
