Cosmos advice please

Hi everyone. I'm new here and looking for some advice.
I need a new laptop and want something that will be future proof and also able to play most games at reasonable specs.
How does this look?
It's a little bit over my budget (was aiming for less than £800) as it comes in at £863 but figured that the little extras (i.e. IPS, mSATA, i7 instead of i5) were worth it.
Anything you would recommend I change?

The GTX 850m is an entry level gaming gpu, for your budget you could get the optimus with the GTX 860m which is significantly better

Just had a quick look at configuring an Optimus V to the same spec and it comes in at £915 - £115 over my original budget..

I don't mind not playing games at ultra high resolution etc so wasn't too fussed about a top range gpu.

Would you still recommend goin for the GTX 860m? If so, anything you would recommend to try and reduce the cost back towards my original budget?

An SSD is not essential and if you want to futureproof you should get the best gpu you can afford
