My guess:

15.6in screen, definitely 1080p IPS. Thin and light, metal design. ULV CPUs, so that means no quad core. Soldered RAM, max 8GB. Larger chassis may fit 2x that, but since it will have a dedicated GPU (as per OP) and will need a larger battery, my guess is no. GTX 940m over the 950 for thermal reasons. 1x 2.5in drive slot, 2x m.2 slot (WLAN + free slot), no DVD slot. Might have a numpad.
