No it isn't...
This is one report of something bad happening, which wasn't even that bad.
You even said your PC was very loud, so maybe your build is crap? You also were getting black screen issues. And your "beast" of a PC isn't even that good. Highly unbalanced with the AMD CPU and 2 AMD GPUs.
So please, sit down.

It is against forum rules to tarnish the reputation of PCS. Have you had a bad experience with PCS? If not then it is unfair to make such a statement
Id say you need to think more about about what you just wrote. It makes no sense! I have just had my ~£4k computer RMA'd after 14 days of receiving it with £5.3k total spent in one order. I am not best too pleased about it but i wouldn't blame PCSpecialist for the faults, and brand them as you such did.
In reply to OP; just because you spent a lot with them doesn't make you a priority, everyone is equal. I wouldn't say im any more important to them as a customer as someone that spends only £300, therefore you shouldn't expect an over the top service. Yes id like to think i am but in reality everyone pays for the same service.
So what went wrong?
Won't post into boot sequence, stuck at CPU init and Q CPU led light is active. Most likely a faulty motherboard or CPU. I believe its a motherboard issue as thats the majority of forums conclusion for predecessor units of the rampage line up, although rampage V doesn't seem to be widely as affected like the predecessors; i guess its still an active issue with this MOBO series. Ill just have to wait and see what PCS' conclusion is.

Did it beep three times also?
If so i had that problem, ended up being a conflict with Asus Auto Tune Mobo settings. I had to Remove the GPU's connect to the on board graphics, boot up in BIOS, reset to default then connect the gpus again and then everything was back to normal again.
Nope i get no beeps - it doesnt post into boot sequence. So it doesnt even get that far.

Cool you could reserve a couple of posts below it if you wanted to keep the updates on the front of the tread.
Make that -23 now haha. Its not going well for some!
Well my experience of PCS is excellent. Ordered my PC four years ago, had some hiccups during build (memory and heatsink i picked didnt fit in the motherboard together) changed memory type and all was good. Been running my PC nearly everyday and never had a problem.
Id put these type of problems some people are posting down to sheer bad luck.

Yeah, and just because one customers delivery got delayed doesn't mean they're a bad company either.
