I have no idea what to do

I have never Built a gaming computer before so i was wondering if someone could build me a rig.
i have about a £1000 budget but this also includes operating system, wifi enabled and a screen atleast a 20" screen.
i was hoping that this rig would play most games such as assassins creed unity on medium to high settings i don't know weather this budget is enough to run hihh end games on medium to high settings but here is to me hoping : )
