Are these graphic cards good?

I'm about to buy a new PC, wish to know if "NVIDIA GeForce GT 730" is good or not? Here's a link to the pc:

I'm not interested to play any game in particular, I like browser mmorpg or mmo's like these:

Another more expensive PC has "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750TI Superclock" - is this better than the other one?
